Airfryer Bread Pudding

Ingredients

  1. 2 slices bread
  2. 1 tbsp chocolate chips
  3. 2 tbsp raisins Soaked in hot water for 15 mins
  4. 1 cup milk
  5. 1 egg
  6. 1 tbsp brown sugar
  7. 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  8. 1/4 vanilla essence

Method

  1. Change Beat egg add milk vanilla essence ground cinnamon and sugar Mix well Add raisins
  2. Cut bread into 16 small cubes per bread Place in baking tray
  3. Pour egg mixture and soak 15-20 mins in the fridge
  4. Change Spread some chocolate chips and sugar to caramelized the top before AF
  5. Preheat AF 3 mins bake for 12 mins at 190 degrees check after 10 mins to ensure pudding not too brown Adjust temperature of necessary according to preference
