AMIEs Polpette di Tonno (Tunaballs)

This was quick and easy to make. :positive

  1. 250 grams can tuna in olive oil drained
  2. 2 eggs
  3. 3 slice white bread soaked in 3 tablespoon milk
  4. 1 clove garlic finely chopped
  5. 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
  6. 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  7. salt and ground black pepper
  8. 1 cup breadcrumbs
  9. 1/4 cup vegetable oil for frying


  1. Change Combine the tuna and bread then add the parsley parmesangarlic and eggs Mix to combine Season with salt and pepper Shape tablespoonfuls into firm balls then shape to make a polpette
  2. Change Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the polpette in batches for 3-4 minutes turning until browned all over and cooked
  3. Change Serve with your choice of side dishes like mista insalata (mixed vegetable salad) Share and enjoy
