Apple Pie Dip W/ Pie Crust Dippin Chips

i had to put it away before i ate it all so the kids can actually get some when they get home from school..


  1. DIP
  2. 12 oz can baked apple muffin and quick bread filling
  3. 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  4. 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  5. 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  6. 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  7. 2 tbsp butter or margine melted
  9. 1 2 pack of premade pie crust
  10. 1 assorted colored sugar sprinkles
  11. 2 tbsp butter or margarine


  2. Change preheat oven to 350°F
  3. lay out dough onto parchment lined cookie sheet
  4. Change cut dough with a shap knife in half and then into strips as shown
  5. Change arrange strips so they are not touching
  6. Change using a pastry brush brush with melted butter
  7. Change sprinkle colored sugar crystals over the strips
  8. Change bake for about 10 minutes or until golden
  9. remove from oven and let cool completely
  10. Change HINT: u can make your own dough add food coloring to dough for a more festive look and u can use plain granulated sugar instead of colored sprinkles
  11. HINT: use cookie cutter instead of strips for different shapes to match your occasion!
  12. FOR THE DIP:
  13. in a bowl cream together cream cheese brown sugar cinnamon and nutmeg
  14. add butter
  15. Change blend in apple filling
  16. Change chill for 2 hours or serve immedietly choice is yours
  18. Change place dip into a serving bowl surrounded by pie crust chips or side by side serve! 🙂
  19. MORE HINTS: if u want to use apple pie filling cut the apples into small bite sized pieces and lower butter to half u may also use less cream cheese if needed u can do half the amount make sure the pie crust chips are completely cooled before using them for dipping or they wont be crisspy enough
