Arrabita Sauce Beef Mushroom Raviolli

This recipe inspired me to make it after my trip from Milan

  1. 1 can Tomato paste with peeled tomatoes inside
  2. 2 Chili Peppers (you can add more if you like spicy)
  3. 3 Cloves garlic finely chopped
  4. 1 Onion finely chopped
  5. leaves Fresh baby Rocket
  6. 2 Tbsp Olive oil
  7. 500 gr Musroom and Beef raviolli
  1. Boil water in a pan and add some olive oil and a pinch of salt When the water is boiled pour raviolli into the pan
    In the same time heat olive oil in a large skillet pan over medium heat Add onion and garlic cook and stirring for 3 minutes Add chillies and tomato paste Cook for 1 minute
  2. Add tomatoes Cook stirring often for 15 minutes or until sauce thickens Season with salt and pepper Toss with pasta Add rocket and serve
