Asparagus vegetables soup

Ingredients

  1. 8-10 Asparagus
  2. 1 Onion
  3. 1/2 stalk Celery
  4. 1/2 Broccoli
  5. 1 Carrot
  6. Yogurt
  7. to taste Salt amp pepper
  8. Water to cover vegetables
  9. Corn starch (optional)

Method

  1. Change Bring all the vegetables to boil until soft
  2. Change Let it cool for a while and then mix it using a mixer until all the vegetables become smooth
  3. Add the yogurt and corn starch if you want to make it more creamy
