Baked bread pakoda with veggies tadka

It s very healthy recipe..

Ingredients

  1. 2 bowl besan
  2. 1/2 tsp ajwain
  3. 1/1 tsp red chilli powder
  4. salt
  5. for filling:
  6. 4 boil mashes potatoes
  7. salt

  10. for tadka:
  11. 1 bowl chopped cabbage
  12. 1 chopped capcicum
  13. 1 chopped onion
  14. 2 green chilli
  15. 1 grated carrot
  16. 1 sping curry leaves
  17. 1 tsp musturd seeds
  18. 2 tsp oil
  19. 1/2 tsp black paper
  20. salt
  21. 6 spiced bread

Method

  1. Change Sbse phle besan me saltred chilli powder and ajwain mix kr smooth better ready kre
  2. Change Ab bread ke kinare cut krke unko thoda bel le
  3. Change Boiled potatoes ko barik mashed keleab usme saltred chilli powder and Maggie masala ache se mix kr le
  4. Change Bread slice ke ek corner per pani lagaye or aalu ka mixture spread kre or corners ache se band kr de
  5. Change Ab sbhi sliced ko isi trh ready kre or besan me lapet leab kadai me pani boil kre uper se jali rakhe or besan me lipte huye sliced rakh ke 5-8 minutes ke ly steam kre
  6. Change Steam ho jane ke baad 1 inch ke pices me cut kr le
  7. Change Ab ek kadai me 2 tsp oil le garm hone pr musturd seeds or curry leaves add krecrackle hone pr sliced onion add kre
  8. Change 2-3 minutes soute krne ke baad isme green chili capcicumcarrot and cabbage add kresath hi salt and black paper mix kre
  9. Change 3-4 minutes soute kr sliced bread pakode ke pices add krecover kr 3-4 minutes rakhe
  10. Change Steam bread pakode is ready
  11. Change Serve with souce/ green chutney
