Banana bread

Super moist and easy banana bread


  1. 2 cups flour
  2. 2 eggs (room temp )
  3. 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  4. 2 teaspoon baking soda
  5. 2-3 cups mashed ripe bananas
  6. pinch salt
  7. 1/2 cup raisin (soaked in red wine for 30 mins or more and drained)
  8. 1/3 cup crushed peanut
  9. 2 tbsp sugar
  10. 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  11. 1 tsp vanilla extract


  1. Cream the butter and sugar until the color become pale or lemon yellow
  2. Slightly beat the eggs and set aside
  3. Mash the bananas set aside
  4. Add the beaten eggs to butter mixture then bananas Mix Then add the flour mixture (flour salt and baking soda sifted) gently fold in
  5. Add raisins cinnamon peanut into batter mixture
  6. Change Drop in prepared/greased pan (9 x 4 inch loaf pan) and shake a little to release the air Then bake for 35-40 minutes at 250°C or until the skewer come out clean when you check
