Banana Oats Bread

A very healthy and easy evening snack.

Ingredients

  1. 1 and 1/2 cups flour
  2. 1 cup oats
  3. 1/2 cup sugar
  4. 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  5. 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  6. 1 egg
  7. 3/4 cup Milk
  8. 1/3 cup oil
  9. 3 tablespoon cocoa powder
  10. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  11. Vanilla essence
  12. 1 cup smashed banana

Method

  1. Beat the egg banana sugar oil and milk in a wide bowl
  2. Mix the flour oats baking powder baking soda and salt
  3. Blend it with the egg mixture Add the vanilla essence and mix it well Add the cocoa powder and mix it well
  4. Transfer the batter into a greased baking pan Bake it for 200°C for 15 to 20 minutes
