Basmati rice in beef stock

I served this with my shooters sandwich

  1. rice
  2. 2 cup basmati rice
  3. 2 quart beef stock
  4. 1 quart water
  5. 1 1/2 cup Edamame beans
  6. 1 1/2 tbsp saffron oil
  7. 1 salt
  8. 1 tsp turmeric
  9. vermicelli
  10. 7 oz vermicelli pasta short
  11. 1/4 cup olive oil extra virgin
  12. 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  13. topping
  14. 8 oz beef sliced thinly
  1. In a pot boil your beef stock beef stock
  2. Add your rice bring to boil add turmeric and saffron oil
  3. Change Add water and Edamame let cook add water if you need after liquid is almost gone see how tender the rice is Add more water if not done
  4. Change In a pan add oil and stir fry the vermicelli pasta till browned add cumin Add salt to taste
  5. I had left over beef leftover from the shooters sandwich so I sliced thinly layed it on top Cover let sit 25 -30 minutes undisturbed Serve hope you enjoy! Shooters sandwich
