Beef and Broccoli Quiche

Its delicious its not a full crusted quiche but it stands pretty good! I was gonna call it Cast Iron Quiche.

  1. 1-1/2 cups seasoned panko bread crumbs
  2. 1 pound ground beef you can use meat of your choice
  3. 2 tablespoons coconut amino
  4. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  5. 1/2 pound broccoli
  6. 6 large eggs
  7. 1 medium onion
  8. 3 cups shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
  9. 13-1/2 ounce coconut milk
  10. 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  11. 2 teaspoons Hungarian Paprika ground
  12. 1 teaspoon granulated garlic you can use more or less
  13. 1 teaspoon salt
  14. 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  15. 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  16. 1/4 cup melted butter
  1. Heat 10 inch cast Iron skillet and coat it with just a bit of vegetable oil on a paper towel remove from heat
  2. Change Preheat oven 350 degrees Fahrenheit Cover the bottom of a 10 inch cast Iron skillet with the panko breadcrumbs
  3. Brown the beef and add salt onion coconut amino and broccoli
  4. Simmer covered for 7 minutes after browning
  5. Add all the rest of the spices and butter Cover and let simmer 10 minutes pour the mixture on top of the panko breadcrumbs
  6. Shred the cheese and pour all the feta and 1 cup of cheddar on top of the beef and broccoli mixture
  7. Mix the rest of the cheese with coconut milk and eggs mix well
  8. Pour over the top of quiche in the skillet Put into oven for 40-50 minutes When firm in the middle its done take out of oven let rest 15 minutes
