Beef and Sausage Meatballs

These muatballsxare quick to put together and are tender and juicy and really flavor packed, I used the hot itlalian sausage with the beef and they had a great moderate heat that was a amazing taste change from a basic meatball. They are great with pasta, served in a roll or sliced in a sandwich or on a pizza

  1. 1 pound hot or sweet italian sausage casings removed
  2. pound ground beef
  3. 2 large eggs lightly beaten
  4. 2 tablespoons chopped basil
  5. 1/4 cup fresh grated romano cheede
  6. 1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning
  7. 3 tablespoons sour cream
  8. to taste salt and pepper
  9. 2 cloves garlic minced
  10. 1 1/4 inch skice sweet onion slice chopped
  11. 1 teaspoon dryed oregano
  12. as needed your favorite marinara sauce
  1. Preheat the oven to 375 Line a baking pan with foil
  2. Change Remove sausage from casings and place in a food prcessor with the onion and garlic Pulse until well blended
  3. Change Add to a latge bowl with all-e remaining ingredients and mix well woth your hands
  4. Change Form into 2 inch balls and place on prepared pan Bake 25 minutes then place in marinara sauce and simmer on low patiala covered 1 hour
  5. Change
  6. Change Serve on pasta or in a sub roll They are also delicious sliced in a sanwhich
