Beef & Cheddar Brat Mini Meatloafs

  1. 1 lb ground beef
  2. 1 lb cheddar brats squeezed out of casings
  3. 1 egg
  4. 1 jalapeño minced
  5. 1/3 C minced cilantro
  6. 1/3 C french fried onions pulsed to breadcrumbs
  7. 1 T worcestershire sauce
  8. 1 T applewood seasoning
  9. 2 t dried minced onions
  10. 2 t garlic powder
  11. 1 t freshly cracked black pepper
  12. 1 small pinch kosher salt
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl Mix well
  2. Form equal size mini meatloafs with your hands Lay spaced apart on a baking tray lined with parchment paper
  3. Bake at 350° for approximately 30 minutes or until thermometer reaches 155°
  4.
