Beef enchiladas

  1. 8 tortilla wraps
  2. 1 lb ground chuck
  3. 1 packages shredded cheese
  4. 1 1/4 cup white rice
  5. 1 can enchilada sauce
  6. 1 can black beans
  1. In a medium skillet brown the meat
  2. Bring water to a boil for rice
  3. Cut tortilla wraps in half and place on wax cookie sheet
  4. Layer with meat then beans and top with cheese
  5. Roll tortillas up and place on cookie sheet and repeat until all wraps are done top with more shredded cheese
  6. Bake at 350°F for 20mins and serve
