Beef Enchiladas

  1. 1 lb ground beef
  2. 1 can olives
  3. 1 Taco seasoning
  4. 1 Taco sauce
  5. 1 Cheese
  6. 1 Corn tortillas
  1. Cook beef and taco seasoning drain
  2. Add olives and some taco sauce just enough to cover meat (I used LA Victoria green sauce but you can use whichever sauce you prefer)
  3. Put mixture in corn tortillas and roll each lining a 13×9 inch pan (about 14 tortillas)
  4. Cover with more taco sauce and sprinkle with cheese
  5. Change Bake at 425°F for about 18 minutes or until cheese is golden
