Beef liver, the Alexandrian way

  1. 500 grams Beef liver
  2. 4 tablespoons oil
  3. 2 tablespoons butter
  4. 2 tablespoons cumin
  5. 1 tablespoon salt
  6. lemon juice
  7. 1 tablespoon black pepper
  8. 1 teaspoon vinegar
  9. chili pepper
  10. chili flakes
  11. clove Sliced garlic
  1. Add 2 spoons of lemon juice to the liver and put it in a colander set aside for 5 minutes
  2. In a large bowl mix the cumin lemon juice vinegar chili pepper then add the liver and mix well
  3. Set aside for 15 minutes
  4. On high heat put a large pan add the butter and oil
  5. Wait 1 minute and then add the liver to the pan
  6. Add salt pepper red pepper flakes and garlic
  7. Stir every 2 minutes it shall take around 10 minutes to be ready
