Beef Stroganoff

An authentic Russian recipe done in my tiny kitchen just a couple of minutes. So easy and delish to cook.

  1. 200 grams beef
  2. 80 grams shimeji mushroom
  3. 1/2 yellow onion (cut coarsely)
  4. 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  5. 1/2 tsp blackpepper
  6. 2 tbs unsalted butter
  7. 1/2 cup heavy cream
  8. 1 pinch nutmeg
  9. 1/4 cup chicken broth
  10. to taste sugar and salt
  11. 1 tbs chopped parsley
  1. Change Clean beef and pat dry
  2. Change On medium high heat saute beef with 2 tbs butter just 3-5 minutes And set aside
  3. Change On other pan saute onion garlic and mushroom Seasoning with salt sugar nutmeg and blackpepper Saute until fragrant
  4. Change Add heavy cream and beef broth and stir it well
  5. Change When it start bubbling add leftover butter and beef Cook for a couple of minutes and sprinkle on top with chopped parsley
