Beef Stroganoff

  1. 1 5 lbs cube steak
  2. 2 cans golden mushroom soup
  3. 15 oz beef broth
  4. to taste Salt and pepper
  5. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  6. 1/2 cup sour cream
  7. 5 oz cream cheese
  8. Mushrooms (optional)
  9. Egg noodles
  1. In a crockpot combine cube steak golden mushroom soup beef stock Worcestershire sauce salt and pepper Cook on low for 5 hours
  2. After the meat combination has been in the crockpot for 5 hours add the cream cheese and sour cream Let these combine for 20-30 minutes before serving Stir thoroughly so the cream cheese breaks apart
  3. Boil your egg noodles until theyre slightly underdone and add them to the crockpot Let everything combine for 20-30 minutes and serve
