Beef tips and gravy

Came up with this in a pinch

  1. 1 lb Stew meat\ beef tips
  2. 8 dash Worcestershire sauce
  3. 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  4. 2 1/2 cup water
  5. 1 medium Red onion
  6. 1 tbsp Onion powder
  7. 1 tbsp garlic powder
  8. 1 tsp Kosher salt
  9. 1 1/2 tsp Weber roasted garlic amp herb seasoning
  10. 1 tbsp olive oil
  1. Put olive oil in pan and chop red onion and place into pan Sauté til just start to carmelized When done set aside
  2. Put water Worcestershire sauce beef tips and other seasoning into water with beef tips Simmer for about 40 minutes Do not let water boil out If water starts to boil out add 1/2 cup to a cup Depending on how much you need
  3. After simmered for 40 minutes add cream of mushroom soup and cook for another 20 minutes
  4. When done serve over mash potatos or rice
