Beef tips with gravy over egg noodles

1. 1 packages egg noodles
2. 2 each chopped onion
3. 3 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
4. 2 lb beef stew meat
5. 1 1/2 tsp salt
6. 1 tsp ground black pepper
7. 2 cup water
8. 1 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
9. 1 1/4 cup soy sauce
10. 1 tsp onion powder
11. 1 tsp smoked paprika
12. 1 cup warm water
13. 1 envelope brown gravy mix

1. In a large skillet add onion and vegetable oil
2. On medium high heat saute onion
3. Add beef and sprinkle with salt and pepper
4. Brown the meat on all sides
5. Add the water worcestershire sauce soy sauce garlic powder onion powder and smoked paprika
6. Bring to a boil
7. Cover and reduce heat simmer for 90 minutes stirring occasionally
8. When 90 minutes is up pour in the 1 cup of warm water and whole package of brown gravy mix
9. Bring to a boil and cook until the liquid reaches a medium thick consistency
10. Boil egg noodles with a tsp of oil till tender
11. Serve beef tips over gravy and enjoy
