beef wellington

  1. 1 tenderloin
  2. 1 prosciutto
  3. 1 duck patte
  4. 1 pastry roll
  5. 1 egg
  6. 1 salt
  7. 1 pepper
  8. 2 clove garlic
  9. 1 olive oil
  10. 1 mustard
  1. preheat oven to 350°F heat the pan with olive oil
  2. add garlic
  3. fry the beef depending how you like it to be done (rare medium or well done)
  4. in a cling wrap layer down each of the proscuitto add the mustard spread the duck patte gently roll it over make sure its tight put it the fridge at for 20 mins
  5. prepare the pastry puff lay it down and put the beef with proscuitto and roll it over make sure the beef is fully covered and tight slightly cut diagonally the pastry and wash it with egg
  6. put it in the oven for 40 mins
