Bourbon glazed beef ribs

  1. 1 rack of beef ribs
  2. 1 store bought Bourbon glaze
  3. 1 dash salt
  4. 1 dash pepper
  5. 1 dash brown sugar
  6. 1/2 cup Apple juice
  1. Rub ribs down with salt pepper and brown sugar
  2. Cover and let them sit in the refrigerator for 2 hours
  3. Start grill getting it nice and hot Grill settings: Gas set on low if charcoal let it turn almost all gray
  4. Put the ribs on the grill turning them when needed for aproximity 1 hour occasionally spraying ribs with apple juice
  5. When ribs are almost done to your preference start slopping the bourban glaze on letting the fire sizzle the ribs
