Braised beef and noodles

One of my family recipes

  1. 2 lb cubed beef stew meat
  2. 3 tbsp butter
  3. 1 1/2 tsp salt
  4. 1/4 tsp pepper
  5. 1 medium white onion diced
  6. 1 tbsp brown sugar
  7. 1 tbsp white vinegar
  8. 2 tbsp lemon juice
  9. 1 cup ketchup
  10. 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  11. 1/2 tbsp mustard
  12. 1/4 tsp tobasco sauce
  13. 1/4 cup celery chopped
  14. 3 cup water
  15. 1 lb eggs noodles (cooked)
  1. In a large pressure cooker melt the butter then saute the beef
  2. Add salt pepper celery and onion Cook for about a min
  3. Stir in brown sugar vinegar lemon juice ketchup Worcestershire sauce mustard tobasco sauce and just 2 cups of water
  4. Cook for 17 mins at 15 psi
  5. After 17 mins of cook time combine 1 cup of cold water and flour in a separate bowl
  6. Slowly add the water flour mixture until deaired thickness is reached
  7. Serve of cooked egg noodles
