Bread aaloo ke stuffed paranthe

Ingredients

  1. 4 – piece bread
  2. 2 – boil and mash potato
  3. 1 – green chill finely chopped
  4. 1/2 – inch ginger nicely chopped
  5. 1/2 small spn red chilli powder
  6. 1/4 – small spn garam msala powder
  7. 2 – small spn dhaniya powder
  8. 1 – small spn amchoor powder
  9. 1/2 – small spn ajwayen
  10. 1 – pinch heeng
  11. to taste Salt – according
  12. Oil – for shallow frying
  13. as needed Water –

Method

  1. Sabse pehle hamek big bowl lenge than usme mash kiye huye potato green chilli ginger and all spice add kar lenge and mix it very well and keep aside
  2. Now ham bread lenge and uske edges cut kar lenge
  3. Now rolling pin ki help se bread ko light hand se bel lenge now isme 1/2 spn mixture se fill krenge and is mixture ko bread ke middle main hi rekhenge aurr uske side par water lega kar second bread ko light hand se lightly press krte huye chpka denge
  4. Now rolling pin ki help se lightly hand se bel lenge
  5. Now nonstick tawa gas par medium flame fr rekhenge
  6. Jab bhe hlka hot ho jayega tb ham tawe par bela hua bread prantha daal denge and golden brown hone tak slow medium flame par sek lenge
  7. Ligiiye garma garam crispy potato stuffed bread parantha ready hain
