Ingredients

  1. 35 grams butter
  2. A
  3. 500 grams bread flour
  4. 40 grams caster sugar
  5. 15 grams milk powder
  6. 7 grams yeast
  7. 4 grams salt
  8. 200 grams water
  9. 75 grams egg

Method

  1. 3-5 min Low speed to mix ingredient A Add additional 25g water if the dough is too dry
  2. Add in butter to the dough with low speed after butter mixed into to dough turn to high speed for about 5-8 min
  3. Let the dough rest for 30min
  4. Split the dough and make into desirable shape
  5. Let the bread dough proof for another 45 mins
  6. Lastly Bake for 35-40min at 160-170°c and lower rack
