Breaded Lemon Pepper Chicken

  1. 2 lb boneless chicken breast sliced into thinner halves
  2. 1/3 cup all purpose flour
  3. 1/3 cup panko or regular bread crumbs
  4. 3 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
  5. 3 tbsp butter


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F
  2. Trim fat from chicken breasts and cut them into thinner halves
  3. Mix flour and bread crumbs into a shallow bowl and melt butter into another
  4. Dip chicken breasts into butter then flour/bread crumb mixture
  5. Sprinkle lemon pepper seasonings onto chicken breasts adding more if desired
  6. Spread any remaining butter into bottom of a baking dish Place chicken breasts into pan
  7. Bake chicken for 45 minutes I broil for an additional 5 at the end to ensure slightly more crisp
  8. Enjoy!
