Breaded Parmesan Chicken w/ Mozzarella Pan Pasta (Toaster Oven)

If you don t have and oven… the toaster oven will always do with certain limitations. Easy chicken and pasta dish with a restaurant feel to it. Great for dorm cooking. I used makeshift baking pan using baking paper.


  1. 2 slices chicken breasts with no skin
  2. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  3. 3 tbsp parmesan cheese
  4. 1 egg beaten
  5. 1 pinch papprika
  6. cooking oil
  7. cooked pasta
  8. 50 grams tomato paste
  9. 3 cloves garlic
  10. 2 small tomatoes chopped
  11. to taste salt amd pepper
  12. 5 tbsp mozzarella shredded


  1. Mix the breadcrumbs Parmesan papprika salt and pepper In a separate bowl beat up egg
  2. Season the chicken with salt and pepper
  3. Dip the chicken into the egg and coat with the breadcrumb mixture Set aside to dry
  4. Fry the chicken in medium heat Set aside when cooked on kitchen paper to drain the excess oil
  5. In a sauce pan saute garlic and tomatoes Pour in the tomato paste and the pasta Add 2 tbsp of parmessan and season to taste
  6. Pour in the pasta in the toaster oven pan and top in the breaded chicken Put slices/shredded mozzarella on top and bake in oven until mozarella is melted
