Broccoli Cheese Soup

I m not crazy about eating a plain canned soup, but once it s jazzed up with fresh veggies and added spices it tastes like made from scratch and perfect for a cold day.


  1. 1 lb Fresh broccoli use only the top and dice small
  2. 1/2 lb Carrots diced
  3. 1/3 cup Water
  4. 1/4 cup Butter
  5. 1 tbsp Minced dried onion
  6. 1/2 tsp White pepper and salt
  7. 1 tsp Garlic powder
  8. 2 can Cheddar cheese soup (Campbell #39 s 10 5 oz)
  9. 1 can Cream of celery soup (Campbell #39 s 10 5 oz)
  10. 2 can Milk


  1. Heat butter and water in a large covered pot
  2. Add broccoli carrots and spices Stir and cover Cook over medium heat until softenedstirring as needed (about 5 minutes)
  3. Add soups and fill 2 cans with milk and add
  4. Stir well to combine and continue cooking over low heat Stirring frequently so it doesnt burn on bottom
  5. Another 10-15 minutes should be good but can go longer if you want the veggies softer
