Brocolli, Beef, and White Cheddar Rice

An easy, fast, cheesy, tasty, rice meal. Good to make on a busy night, when you are super hungry… like gym night. I didn t get the greatest pic, I was too hungry and almost ate all of it before I remembered to take one. 😊 🍚 💪

  1. 1/4 lb Ground beef of sorts
  2. 1 c Shredded extra sharp white cheddar cheese
  3. 1 bunch/head of broccoli chopped
  4. 2 cloves garlic
  5. 1 small onion
  6. 1 1/2 c unsalted chicken broth *plus more
  7. to taste Salt pepper garlic pow onion pow
  8. 1/2 tsp to 1 tsp oregeno
  9. 1 tblspn Worcestershire sauce
  10. 1 cup jasimine rice
  11. Olive oil
  1. For rice: prepare 1 1/2 c unsalted chicken broth to 1 c jasmine rice Follow rice instructons And dont lift that rice lid! 👀
  2. While rice is steaming heat a pan on medium/medium high put a dash of olive oil dice and then saute onion
  3. When the onion gets clearish dice up the garlic cloves and throw it in Stir around for a minute until fragrant Dont let the garlic turn brown
  4. Add the ground beef Worcestershire sauce oregeno and the to taste spices Stir it around while chopping up the beef Cook until no longer pink
  5. In the meantime chop up the head of broccoli Add it to the ground beef mixture add some splashes of chicken stock(*plus more) and cover Turn heat down and steam for a few minutes until broccoli is bright green crisp and not soggy
  6. When the rice is cooked add it to the beef and broccoli or the beef and broccoli to the ricewhatever pan you like best 😋
  7. Add the 1 cup of extra sharp shredded cheddar and stir until melted I buy the blocks of cheese and shred it myself
  8. Change Enjoy!
