Brussels Sprouts Balls

Saute brussels sprouts are delicious by its own ,but i make it more delicious ..covered with mashed potato and cheese …deep fried for crispy texture …ummmm…🍃🍃


  1. 24 piece brussels sprouts small sizes
  2. 200 grams mash potato i use 2 potato boil and mash
  3. 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  4. 1 clove chopped garlic
  5. 1 tsp each salt and pepper
  6. 1/2 tsp oregano
  7. 1/2 cup bread crumbs


  1. Change Select small size brussel sprout about 2 dozens
  2. Change Saute with chopped garlicseason by saltpepper on high heat about 4 mins let it cool after cooked
  3. Change Boil and mash potatoor use left over mashed potatoseasoning with salt and pepperoregano
  4. Change Mix cheese with mashed potatomix well 15 mins in freeze to let it set easy to form to balls
  5. Change Bring mashed potato out form to thumb size ballsuntil finish
  6. Change Take one ballpress your thumb in the middle
  7. Change Add brussel sprout in place of your thumb
  8. Change Wrap well form it softly to round ballrepeate until finishrolĺ to flourbeaten eggs bread crumb tray do it twice keep over night in freeze
  9. Deep fried medium heat until golden or bake to your option
  10. Serve with favorite sauce
