Buttermilk Cheddar Bacon Bread

Ingredients

  1. 2 1/4 cup flour
  2. 1/4 cup sugar
  3. 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  4. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  5. 1 egg
  6. 1 cup buttermilk
  7. 1/4 cup melted butter
  8. 8 slice bacon crumbled
  9. 1 cup kraft shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  10. 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives

Method

  1. Heat oven to 350 Spray your 8X4 loaf pan Set aside
  2. Mix first 4 ing In medium bowl Set aside
  3. Whisk egg buttermilk and melted butter in separate bowl until blended
  4. Add to flour mixture along with the bacon cheese chives Stir just until moistened
  5. Spoon into your sprayed 8X4 loaf pan Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until done Cool in pan 15 minutes Then cool on wire rack
