Buttery Corn Bread

Ingredients

  1. 2/3 cup Butter softened
  2. 1 cup Sugar
  3. 3 Eggs
  4. 1 2/3 cup Milk
  5. 2 1/3 cup Flour
  6. 1 cup Corn meal
  7. 4 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  8. 1 tsp Salt

Method

  1. Cream butter and sugar
  2. Combine flour corn meal baking powder salt eggs and milk
  3. Combine mixtures and pour into a 9×13 pan sprayed with oil and bake 22 to 27 mins Should be golden brown
  4. Sorry I left out that it bakes at 400 degrees
