Cabbage, chayote, and beef

Very good

  1. 2 quart beef stock
  2. 2 large chayotes diced
  3. 3 lb chopped cabbage
  4. 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  5. 1/2 stick butter
  6. 2/3 lb ground beef
  7. 1 tsp salt more if needed
  1. Change Add all your ingredients in a large pot add all ingredients
  2. Bring to a boil cover and stir occasionally When the cabbage is tender its done hope you enjoy
