Cabbage, Red Potatoes and Beef Sausage


  1. ingredients
  2. 1 Cabbage Head
  3. 2 Hillshire Beef Sausage packs
  4. 1 1/2 white onion
  5. 2 green bell peppers
  6. 9 large to med red potatoes
  7. 1/2 stick butter
  8. 5 cup chicken broth
  9. 2 tbsp minced garlic
  1. have a stock pot for this recipie
  2. cut up cabbage onions peppers
  3. cut potatoes whatever size u like I personally do eighths
  4. take some butter melt it in pot then add garlic and cut up items and fry em till limp
  5. then put heat on med add broth potatoes and cut up meat cover with liquids until everything is covered may need more or less
  6. cover and keep on medium
  7. let boil until potatoes and cabbage are soft to your liking season as you like Add red pepper flakes and some red hot too if you like
