Canadian Rye Bread for Bread Machine

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup warm water
  2. 1/2 cup milk
  3. 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  4. 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  5. 1 teaspoon salt
  6. 2 tablespoon butter
  7. 3 cup white flour
  8. 1 cup dark rye flour
  9. 2 teaspoon dry active yeast

Method

  1. Put the ingredients in the bread machine
  2. Set the machine to 3 hours light 2 lbs
  3. Once the bread is done let it sit for 20 minutes before slicing it
