Caramel Apple Bread Pudding

My daughter loves Caramel apples and bread pudding. This recipe is for her!


  1. 1 cup Cinnamon or unsweetened applesauce
  2. 1 cup 2% milk
  3. 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  4. 1/2 cup egg substitute
  5. 1 tsp vanilla extract
  6. 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  7. 5 cup cinnamon raisin bread torn in small pieces
  8. 3/4 cup granny smith apple peeled and diced small
  9. 1 Whipped cream and caramel topping for topping


  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. In a sprayed 9×13 pan place bread pieces evenly
  3. Combine first six ingredients well and pour over bread in pan
  4. Evenly sprinkle apple over all and press down to wet all ingredients
  5. Bake 40-50 min or until knife in center comes out clean
  6. Serve warm with caramel drizzle and whipped cream
