Cauliflower Buffalo Wings (vegan)

Ingredients

  1. 1 head cauliflower cut or broken into bite size pieces (2 quot )
  2. 1 c panko bread crumbs
  3. 1 c tempura flour (bot chien)
  4. 2 tbs ground flaxseed
  5. 1 tsp salt
  6. 1 tsp ground pepper
  7. HOT Sauce: optional
  8. 1 tsp red pepper powder
  9. 1 Tbsp paprika
  10. 1 tsp ground pepper
  11. 1 Tbsp sugar
  12. 1 Tbsp olive oil
  13. 2 Tbsp water mixed with 1 tsp agar agar or cornstarch

Method

  1. Change Mix flour flaxseed salt pepper and warm water to a pancake consistency in small bowl
  2. Change Put panko into another bowl Coat cauliflower in mixed batter then roll it in panko crumbs then fry or bake to brown
  3. For HOT sauce:
    Combine all ingredients then heat 15 seconds in microwave Drip sauce over cauliflower or keep sauce separate for dipping
