Cheeseburger soup

With this recipe there really isn t much you can mess up . If you like grilled mushroom on your burgers throw that in there that would be great also maybe a little bit of shredded lettuce at the end to give it some extra crunch. you can pretty much do whatever you want!


  1. main ingredient
  2. 1 1/2 lb ground eland or beef
  3. 1 1/2 link of jalapeno eland sausage
  4. 1 medium small onion diced
  5. 2 stick celery diced small
  6. 1 tsp garlic powder
  7. 1 can Rotel
  8. 1 can cream of mushroom
  9. 1 cup heavy cream
  10. 1 1/2 tbsp ground mustard
  11. 1 1/2 lb shredded cheddar cheese or whole package of velveeta
  12. 1 cup beef broth or water
  13. 1 cooked bacon
  14. toppings
  15. 1 diced tomatoes
  16. 1 pickels


  1. Chop sausage into small bite size pieces Heat large pot and brown the ground eland and sausage together You dont want the meat to boil so make sure you cook it on medium-high When brown add the celery amp onion
  2. Add the rotel to pot along with broth and garlic powder let it cook 5 minutes Next add cream of mushroom ground mustard and cheese When the cheese is melted add cream and stir
  3. Let cook for 5 note minutes just to make sure everything is heated up and mixed thoroughly when serving you can add the pickle slices and chopped tomatoes and bacon
