  3. 2 tbsp salt
  4. 2 tbsp black pepper
  5. 1/3 cup garlic juice
  6. 1/3 cup olive oil
  7. 3 cup beef broth or water
  8. 1/2 can peppers
  1. Combine all ingredients Place roast in crock pot Pour all ingredients over roast Cook on low for at least 8 hours meat should be tender and falling apart Shred meat
