Chicago Italian Beef

I m originally from Chicago and have missed the hell out of good Italian Beef, came up with this because I was homesick

  1. 1 packages Dried Italian Dressing
  2. 1 Bay Leaf
  3. 2 cup Water
  4. 1 bunch Garlic Salt to Taste
  5. 1 as needed Black Pepper to Taste
  6. 1 as needed Cilantro to taste
  7. 1 Onion
  8. 1 as needed Pepircinni
  9. 1 Beef Bottom Roast
  1. Mix water dry Italian dressing garlic salt black pepper and Cilantro in a pan and bring to a boil
  2. Place Beef Roast in a Crock Pot and pour mixture over roast and add Bay Leaf
  3. Cook on lowest setting for 8-10 hours
  4. Take fork and knife and start shedding the roast
  5. Add onions and peppircinnis and cook in crock pot for another half hour
  6. Change Serve on hoagie rolls For added treat put Italian sausage in roll first and dip whole sandwich in sauce
