Chicken n roast potatoes

A through back meal to when this was a treat in back then


  1. 1/2 chicken
  2. 1 egg
  3. 10 potatoes whole
  4. Bread crumbs
  5. Lettuce
  6. 1 cucumber
  7. Black pepper
  8. Flour
  9. Deep frying oil


  1. Coat the chunks of chicken with bread crumbs by first smearing with flour then in eggs and finally the bread crumbs
  2. Place the chicken pieces ina deep fryer and let cook at 190°c for 8-15 minutes turning to cook well on all sides Cooking time depends on the tenderness of the chicken
  3. Place the peeled potatoes on an oven plate and coat with margarinepepper and salt Let bake for 15 minutes turning every 5 minutes
  4. Plate with lettuce and cucumber and enjoy a healthy culinary work out Take a healthy walk afterwards to shed calories
