Chili bread!

I just had a bunchof chilies on my fridge and I didn t want them to go bad, so I made bread!


  1. 300 grams all-purpose flour
  2. 70 grams unsalted butter
  3. 180 ml milk
  4. 10 grams salt
  5. 5 chilies
  6. 1 egg
  7. tabasco sauce
  8. 16 grams baking powder


  1. Sieve the flour and the baking powder add the slt and mix lightly together Pre-heat iven at 210°C
  2. Change Cut the butter in dices and kneed ut until its consistency us of that of crumbles
  3. Chop the chilies and remove the seeds of only 2-3 of them dependig on how spicy you want it
  4. Make a hole in the middle and pour the milk and add the chopped chilies
  5. Knead until gooey and then sprinkle flour on a flat surface and proceed to kneed there until it doesnt stick to your fingers
  6. Make balls a bit bigger than a golf ball put them on a tray (with non-stick paper) and slightly flatten them
  7. Beat the egg add some tabasco in it and paint the balls with a brysh
  8. Bake for 20 minutes (oruntil golden brown) Let them cool down befire esting
  9. Dont like spicy Heres an alternative!
