Chocolate Bread Pudding

This is an easy to make chocolate bread pudding.


  1. 250 Grams Oreo Biscuits Crushed
  2. 80 Grams Butter
  3. 10 Grams China Grass (Agar Agar)
  4. 1 Cup Water
  5. 1 Litre Milk
  6. 600 Grams Condensed Milk (MilkMaid) (1 5 tin)
  7. 6 Bread Slice
  8. 1 Sachet Dream Whip Powder
  9. 200 Grams Condensed Milk (MilkMaid) (0 5 tin)
  10. 6 Tablespoons Nutella


  1. Bottom Layer: Place 250gm Crushed Oreos in a food processor and process into very fine crumbs Add melted butter and combine it well Press the mixture into the pudding bowl
  2. Bread Pudding: Take a pan – Heat milk milkmaid and bread slices till it starts boiling
  3. In a small pan take one cup of water and china grass and heat till melted When china grass has melted down pour this into the milk pan Stir till combined well and pour it over the biscuit layer and let the pudding cool down (10-15 minutes)
  4. Chocolate Layer Beat nutella1/2 milk maid and whipping powder together Pour over the bread pudding
  5. Refrigerate for 5-6 hours so that the pudding sets well
  6. Garnish with grated white and milk chocolate and enjoy 🙂
