Chocolate filling Pull apart bread

Ingredients

  1. 250 g strong flour (high protein)
  2. 80 g sugar
  3. 6 g instant yeast
  4. 1 egg yolk
  5. 1 tsp salt
  6. 50 g butter (melted)
  7. 125 ml warm milk
  8. 100 g Bittersweet chocolate
  9. 20 g butter
  10. 30 ml milk

Method

  1. To make the dough Combine flour sugar yeast egg yolk salt melted butter milk Knead for 8 to 10 mins It should bounch back when we poke the dough
  2. Cover it up and Let the dough raise for 1 hour to 90 mins untill it double size
  3. To make chocolate filling Combine chocolate butter and milk Heat it up in microwave in low heat Then chill it in the fridge to set
  4. After proofing the dough punch the air out and divide it into 10 equal balls Flatten each ball put choc filling then roll it round Let it raise for 2nd time for 45 mins
  5. Bake in preheated oven 170 C for 25 minsglaze it with butter
