Cinnamon Flax Bread (Low Carb)

This is a different texture if you aren t used to flax meal

Ingredients

  1. 3 eggs
  2. 1/4 cup plus two tablespoons oil (I used canola)
  3. 2 tbsp cinnamon
  4. 1/4 cup sugar free caramel syrup (Torani)
  5. 2 tbsp water
  6. 1 tbsp vanilla flavoring
  7. 1 cup ground flax meal
  8. 1/2 tsp baking soda
  9. 1/2 tsp baking powder

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 350°
  2. Mix all ingredients together
  3. Pour mixture into a greased 8x8dish
  4. Bake fifteen to twenty minutes or until desired texture
