Coffee Bread (bread Machine)

the bread turn out soft and not very sweet…. it last for 3 -4 days and still soft

Ingredients

  1. 200 grams Bread flour
  2. 100 grams Cake flour
  3. 30 grams Sugar
  4. 20 grams Butter
  5. 25 grams Milk powder
  6. 1 tsp Yeast
  7. 1 1/2 tbsp Coffee powder
  8. 165 grams Water/milk

Method

  1. Put all the liquid ingredients follow by the dry ingredient Leave the butter for later
  2. Press dough function for it to spin 10mins After that add in the butter and press basic/ sandwich function
  3. Take the bread out 10mins before its done
  4. Once done let it cold before cutkeep in airtight container
