Coffee Bread Pudding

I get this recipe from Morning Show TV programme, and I loved to have it for my breakfast, so does my hubby. 😘😘😘


  1. 2-3 toast bread
  2. 3 eggs
  3. 100 gr sugar (add 1 tbs more if you #39 re not using condense milk)
  4. 1 pinch salt
  5. 1 tsp vanilla essence
  6. 1 tsp instant coffee
  7. 3 tbs hot water
  8. 350 ml milk
  9. 50 ml condense milk
  10. If you don #39 t have condense milk just use 400 ml of milk instead
  11. 1 tsp cinnamon
  12. 10 gr butter
  13. raisins for topping


  1. Preheat oven into 180°C or 375°F
  2. Prepare your baking dish by brushing the surface with melted butter keep the rest of the melted butter
  3. Shred the toast bread into pieces and pour the rest of the butter on top of it set aside
  4. Beat the eggs sugar and vanilla essence until all well combined and set aside
  5. In the other bowl mix the milk condense milk the coffee that has been dissolved by the hot water before and cinnamon until all combined
  6. Pour the milk mixture into the egg batter gently whisk while pouring it and then strain it
  7. After all combined pour all the liquid mixture into the foil container that filled with shredded toast bread until all the bread covered with the liquid Push the bread down to the liquid using fork and let it rest at least 30 minutes before going to the oven
  8. Bake into the oven around 1 hour using au bien marrie system Or depends on your each oven
  9. Check the bread pudding using the tooth pick If it is done the tooth pick will come out dry and clean but if it comes with wet batter bake it again for another 5 more minutes
  10. Change This is the kind of oven that I always use for baking It has the upper heat and lower heat The technique that I use to bake my bread pudding is using the lower heat first in 180°C and for the last 3 minutes of baking time I switch it to u upper and lower heat to make the top of my bread pudding a bit dry
