Corned beef & cabbage

  1. 1 can grace #39 s corned beef (reduced salt)
  2. 4 cup shredded cabbage
  3. 2 cup shredded spinach
  4. 1/2 cup red pepper (chopped)
  5. 1 medium onion (chopped)
  6. 2 clove garlic (chopped)
  7. 1/2 cup tomato #39 s (chopped)
  8. 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
  9. 2 tbsp olive oil
  10. 3/4 cup water
  11. 2 tsp grace #39 s hot pepper sauce
  12. 1 tsp grace #39 s caribbean traditions cock spicy chicken seasoning
  13. 1 tbsp ketchup
  1. Fry the cabbagespinachred peppersonionsgarlictomatoparsley in the olive oil for 5 minutes on medium high heat
  2. Add the water and cook untill the cabbage softens and 90 % of the water evaporates
  3. Add the ketchup and hot sauce and seasoning and continue to cook for additional 5 minutes when done serve over white rice
