Corned Beef Egg Fried Rice

I came up with this recipe when I cooked in our school as our dish in our Recipe Book. The Basil Leaves container there is the seasonings in the Ingredients below. I mixed it all together to put them all together at once.

  1. Oil
  2. 5 Garlic (Cloves)
  3. 1 Onion
  4. 1 Big Can of Corned Beef
  5. 2 Eggs
  6. 2 Bowls of Rice
  7. 1 Pack Oyster Sauce (Sachet)
  8. 1 tsp salt
  9. 1 tsp pepper
  10. 1 tsp sugar
  11. 1 tsp chilli powder
  1. First sauté the garlic and onions
  2. Add the 1 big can of Corned Beef Mix for 2 minutes
  3. Add the 2 eggs directly into the pan Then mix until the eggs well cooked
  4. Transfer the corned beef on to a plate then set aside
  5. Next is the rice Sauté the garlic until its golden brown
  6. Then add the 2 bowls of cooked rice Mix well and sprinkle some of the seasonings above
  7. Add the oyster sauce then mix it again until its well combined
  8. Pour the corned beef we cooked a while ago onto the rice and mix again
  9. Finish it by topping with the seasonings and a scrambled egg(optional) And were done!
  10. Serve while hot
