Country Apple Fritter Bread

This smells so good in the oven. It is Moist a bite of Apples and cinnamon , sugar. You will Love this if you like Apples. Does not take to long the make. ♥


  1. Cinnamon Sugar :
  2. 1/3 Cup light brown sugar
  3. 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  4. For the bread :
  5. 2/3 cup white sugar
  6. 1/2 Cup butter- softened
  7. 2 eggs
  8. 1 amp 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  9. 1 amp 1/2 cups flour
  10. 1 amp 3/4 teaspoon baking powder
  11. 1/2 milk
  12. 2 Apples peeled cored chopped any kind mixed with 2 Tablespoons sugar amp 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  13. Creme glaze :
  14. 1/2 cup powered sugar
  15. 1-3 Tablespoon milk depending on how thick you want your glaze


  1. Preheat oven to 350º loaf pan Spray with non – stick spray
  2. Mix Brown sugar and cinnamon together in a bowl Set aside
  3. In another medium sized mixing bowl Beat white sugar and butter together using an electric mixer until smooth and creamy
  4. Beat in eggs one at a time until well blended Add in vanilla extract Combine flour and baking powder together in another bowl and add to creamed mixture Stir until blended Mix in into batter until smooth
  5. Change Pour half the batter into prepared pan Add half the Apple mixture Then half Brown sugar mixture
  6. Pour remaining batter over Apple layertop with remaining apple mixture then the sugar cinnamon mixture
  7. Change Lightly pat apples into batter Swirl Brown sugar mixture through the Apples using a knife or spoon
  8. Change Bake in preheated oven Until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean About 50 – 60 minutes
  9. To make glaze : mix powered sugar and milk together until well mixed Let cool about 15 minutes before you drizzle with glaze
