Crockpot Beef Ribs

  1. 8 Beef Ribs
  2. 1 cup diced Roma tomatoes
  3. 1/2 cup brown sugar
  4. 1 Tbsp vinegar
  5. 1 cup water
  6. 1 can tomato paste
  7. 1 Tbsp salt
  8. 4 medium baking potatoes
  1. line the crockpot with a slow cooker liner (saves time on clean up)
  2. place cut potatoes on bottom
  3. Place ribs on top of potatoes
  4. In a bowl combine diced tomatoes brown sugar vinegar water tomato paste and salt in a bowl Gently mix up with hands or spoon
  5. Pour the mixture of the bowl over the ribs Be sure that the mixture covers the top of the ribs
  6. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours
  7. Remove ribs when done let sit for 5 minutes
  8. Put potatoes in a bowl pour some gravy on top
  9. Serve and enjoy
